I'm ACA qualified (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and held a number of senior finance roles over the last 15 years such as Finance Director at Shark Ninja and Head of Finance for a global group of technology companies, developing software products & services, designed to help great companies Sell More Online. My skill set is very varied as I was an external auditor for 7+ years before moving into a host of different businesses both B2C and B2B. I have a lot of experience with merchant accounts ie Stripe, Braintree, World Pay, TRX etc. and can unpick and reconcile them with large data sources. I am passionate about doing a good job and have initiated lots of projects as I can’t just ‘do what has always been done’. I can help reconcile, audit, analyse or set up from scratch a finance function and have worked for a completely remote business for 2 years so I’m used to communicating remotely. Had experience with a lot of different accountancy software such as Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Sage 200, Sage 50. I am Xero advisor certified.
