Eric John A.

I build sales and customer-support automations that capture leads, follow up instantly, and book appointments — so businesses close more deals with less manual work. With a Computer Science background and hands-on experience in sales and customer service, I design AI automations that match real sales workflows (not “tech for tech”). I understand where leads drop off, why follow-ups fail, and how to fix those bottlenecks with clean, reliable automation. What I can help you with: • Lead capture → auto-qualification → CRM updates → follow-up sequences • AI chatbots for FAQs, lead qualification, and appointment booking • CRM automation (pipelines, tags, tasks, triggers, lifecycle stages) • API & webhook integrations with clear, documented workflows • Reducing manual data entry and response time across your sales process Tools & platforms: Zapier • Make • n8n • GoHighLevel • Webhooks • CRM integrations How I work: • I map your current process first • Build simple, scalable automations (no overengineering) • Test thoroughly and explain everything clearly Next step: Message me with your current tools and workflow (or a quick Loom), and I’ll suggest a practical automation plan tailored to your business.
