With a robust foundation in Geo-Informatics and Computer Science, I bring a comprehensive skill set to tackle complex geospatial and web application challenges. My journey began in 2017 as a GIS Data Specialist at Crittermaps, where I honed my expertise in geospatial data analytics—ranging from data collection and preprocessing to detailed analysis and visualization using the Esri suite, particularly ArcGIS Pro, alongside Python and Excel for workflow automation. After earning my Master’s in Computer Science in 2019, I transitioned into full-stack development, specializing in WebGIS applications. My technical toolkit includes the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS) and a diverse array of mapping libraries such as OpenLayers, Leaflet, Turf.js, and MapboxGL/MapLibreGL for dynamic geographical data visualization. On the backend, I’ve managed spatial data using PostGIS, GeoServer (WMS, WFS, WPS), MapServer, and Tegola (Vector Tiles), ensuring efficient data storage, handling, and analysis. I am also a certified AWS DevOps Cloud Practitioner, which enhances my capabilities in cloud-based deployment and management of applications.
