Delivered $89M+ in efficiencies through process standardisation, automation, labour arbitrage and systems consolidation, supported by $35M+ in enterprise technology enablement. Established global governance, reduced duplication and embedded scalable, cross-functional operating structures. • Directed a multi-year EMEA operating model and performance transformation across manufacturing, logistics and commercial operations. Led cross-functional redesign of processes, capability uplift, automation deployment and compliance stabilisation across 12+ sites. Delivered $30M+ in operational improvements, standardised ways of working across regions, strengthened governance, and enhanced end-to-end execution in a complex, multi-country environment. • Led global operating model redesign and legal-entity rationalisation across 29 international sites following multiple acquisitions. Directed Finance, HR, IT, Procurement and Quote-to-Cash alignment; shaped governance frameworks; and coordinated external legal, tax and systems partners. Enabled cost take-out, vendor optimisation, real-estate consolidation and systems harmonisation to support scalable growth across the PE-backed group.
