- I am a R&D Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the design, fabrication, testing and management of photonic, optoelectronic systems, advanced photovoltaics and devices. - I have hands on experience on CMOS process-tools, nanotechnology, metrological tools and device-simulations (TCAD, FDTD). - I am experienced in Si single-photon avalanche photo diodes (SPADs), III-V compound semiconductor avalanche photodetectors diodes (APD), II-VI quantum dot based thin-film infrared focal-plane array design, tape-out and characterization for LiDAR and low-light sensitive camera systems. - I have strong programming skills (python, C++, MATLAB), data-science, quantum & device simulation, and optical-design background. - I have hands-on experience in wide class of laser systems including ultrafast femtosecond systems, broadband supercontinuum systems, high power excimer-laser system, and solid-state lasers for visible and IR test and systems. - I have a strong background in photovoltaic device physics and applications and my PhD thesis was on Nanomaterial Solar Cell Applications.
