For opportunity research, I can help identify active RFPs, RFQs, tenders, bids, procurement opportunities and funding opportunities, verify relevance and eligibility, organize the pipeline, track deadlines and determine whether an opportunity is actually worth pursuing instead of sending a list of random links. For proposal development, I can research the client and opportunity, tailor existing materials, develop proposal content, coordinate information from contributors, strengthen technical and business responses, organize supporting documents, review for completeness and compliance, and prepare the final submission package.
