I'm a Local Licensed Civil Engineer & Master Plumber by Profession with a background on Facilities Management mixed with Engineering & Construction works at the same time. Work experience of more than 15 yrs doing Onsite, Project Planning & Design. Creates Construction drawing and Cost estimates from scratch usually of low rise establishment (Residential & Commercial) . Either renovation works or new constructions. Working drawings consisting of the following: - Architectural (Perspective view, Location Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Details, etc) - Structural (Footing, Beams, Columns, Slabs, Structural Analysis,etc.) - Mechanical (Window & Split type aircon layouts, quantity & capacity) - Plumbing (Sewer & Water Line, Storm Drains, Septic tank layouts, etc.) - Electrical (Lighting, Power, Load Computations,etc.) Uses the following softwares: - AutoCAD as a primary 2D drawing tool - Revit & Lumion for 3D drawing & Rendering. - Etabs for Structural Analysis, - MS Excel for Cost Estimate & Material Takeoff.
