I run social media and community for Web3 projects and I source and reach out to creators for brands that want partnerships that actually convert. Since early 2025 I've worked at a Berlin-based Web3 marketing agency, handling X, Telegram, Instagram and Discord for clients across Layer 1 blockchains, DeFi, AI and meme tokens. I've led a full social and community package as project lead, built Discord servers from scratch, written engagement strategy and reply copy at volume and written the agency's internal SOP library. I recently completed a creator sourcing and outreach contract for a trading tools brand: about 600 creators sourced across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X, around half approved by the client as partnership candidates, all tracked in a CRM with a duplicate-check system so nobody got pitched twice.
