Aliya B.

I’m an AI strategist and technical lead with a strong track record of helping organizations unlock business value through scalable, responsible AI solutions. At NVIDIA, I lead AI enablement initiatives for startups and SMEs, designing strategies that align AI adoption with real-world business goals across sectors including finance, health, and enterprise SaaS. I’ve previously developed and deployed large language models (LLMs) for healthcare, retail, and pharmacy use cases—ranging from custom chatbots and RAG pipelines to fine-tuned, cloud-hosted models for privacy-sensitive environments. I specialize in scoping high-impact AI use cases, building AI agents that support decision-making and operations, and leading cross-functional teams through the full ML lifecycle—from prototyping to performance monitoring. My background combines deep technical fluency (Python, cloud deployment, vector databases) with a strategic lens shaped by experience at Morgan Stanley, Merck Ventures, and as the co-founder of a venture studio focused on AI and innovation.
