Hi! I bring 17 years of experience in strategic communications, international development, global affairs, brand awareness, social media, and press relations. I have been an international consultant for multiple governments and corporate clients, providing strategic and political communication advisory services, delivering training and capacity, and launching programs worldwide. Additionally, I develop(ed) communications and marketing strategies in collaboration with a diverse range of clients, including governments start-ups, tech firms, consulting firms,, private industry, NGOs, trade associations, non-profits, and donor communities across Africa, the Caucasus, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, and Central, South, and Southeast Asia. Having lived and worked abroad in the Middle East for the past 10 years, and having completed more than three years of temporary duty assignments in more than two dozen countries, I have gained a unique perspective and understanding of the geopolitics of multiple regions. This strengthened my storytelling and messaging skills, tailored to diverse audiences. I have worked on a wide array of issues, including counterterrorism, AI, emerging technologies, countering violent extremism, economic development, food security, social and behavioral change, trade, women, peace & security (WPS), sports diplomacy, monitoring & evaluation, emerging markets, extractives, WASH, energy, and environment. I present and moderate on various panels, including past sessions for UN Women, UN CTED, the ASEAN Regional Forum, the GCTF, IPAG, IDSA, ORF, and Facebook. My technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, a variety of AI comms tools, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, Cision, LexisNexis, iMIS Suites, Sitecore Web Content Management System, MediAtlas, Cvent, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (others not listed, but please ask me).
