Samama A.

I build and maintain the systems that web hosting companies rely on: billing platforms, client portals, server integrations, and automation. I’m a Certified Server Administrator and Developer, working full-time in the hosting industry, with over 5 years of hands-on experience. Most of my work is with WHMCS, which I’ve worked with daily for years(You can check my portfolio on Provonic). I also work with Blesta, HostBill, and custom billing systems. Whether you’re setting up a new hosting business, fixing an old installation, or moving to a different platform, I can handle the technical side from setup to ongoing maintenance. I work on things like: * WHMCS setup, products, billing, taxes, automation, server groups, and provisioning * Custom modules, payment gateways, domain registrars, hooks, and client portals * WordPress + WHMCS integrations, custom plugins/themes, performance, security, and migrations * cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, and Linux server setup, hardening, monitoring, and troubleshooting * Integrations with CRMs, accounting systems, control panels, and internal tools * Automating repetitive tasks, scheduled jobs, reporting, and day-to-day operations I also build tools specifically for hosting businesses. Makli: an AI support assistant built for hosting companies: * Connects with WHMCS, cPanel, Plesk, helpdesks, and other hosting tools to understand customer issues and context * Can take real actions, such as checking invoices, investigating issues, and restarting services, instead of just generating replies * Helps automate repetitive support work while following the company’s own support procedures I’ve also developed an MCP Server for WHMCS that lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT interact directly with billing systems through 140+ tools and actions. I prefer to keep projects straightforward: agree on the scope first, communicate clearly, and keep you updated as the work progresses. If something won’t work the way you expect, I’ll tell you upfront instead of wasting your time. And if a project isn’t within my expertise, I’ll be honest about that too. Technologies: WHMCS, Blesta, HostBill, WordPress, PHP, MySQL, jQuery, Linux, cPanel, Plesk, MCP.
