Anam J.

✅ 100% Job Success ✅ Full-Time Professional ✅ 100% Client Satisfaction I'm a Product Manager with 10+ years of experience taking digital products from whiteboard to production - across telecoms, AI, government, and enterprise SaaS. Right now I'm building a full Microsoft Teams-integrated contact center suite: an AI-powered CCaaS platform (OptoX), an auto attendant and receptionist console (OptoA), a telecoms OSS/BSS billing and provisioning system (Nexus), and a Microsoft Operator Connect portal (OCC). All live. All in production. All owned by me end-to-end. Before that: a Liferay case management system for Dubai's government, an ADISA-certified device refurbishment platform shipped across US, an e-signature platform, and a multi-portfolio spanning EV charging, ERP, HRIS, and AI integrations. What I actually do as a PM: — Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap — Write Agile epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to industry standard — Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional delivery — Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams — Own the product from discovery through go-to-market I've worked across UAE, UK, US and Pakistan. I'm comfortable with complex, multi-product environments and with being the only PM in the room. If you need someone who can own a product — not just manage tasks around one — let's talk. 📩 Feel free to reach out - I’m happy to discuss your product, challenges, and how we can move it forward efficiently.
