I build and architect ERP and CRM systems — Salesforce, Certinia, Odoo, and HubSpot — for businesses that have outgrown what these platforms do out of the box, and increasingly, I build the AI layer on top of them using Claude: automated workflows, intelligent lead scoring, AI-assisted customer response, and custom code tooling that speeds up development without sacrificing quality. Over almost a decade and dozens of projects, my work has ranged from custom inventory forecasting and procurement architecture for a multi-store franchise, to a zero-downtime major-version platform upgrade where I used Claude to audit and test every custom module before deployment, to packaged Salesforce and Odoo solutions deployed across multiple clients. I don't just configure what's asked for — I design systems and architecture that hold up: properly tested, built to fit the platform's data model and upgrade path, and documented well enough that you're not permanently dependent on me to keep them running.
