At Xcel Energy, I designed, wrote, and tested full-stack systems for mapping, project management, materials tracking, invoicing, field operations, quality review, and internal reporting. I reduced human entry error across several internal systems, integrated APIs, conducted large dataset analysis and standardization, and developed business logic to improve visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across multiple business areas. This work gave me direct experience with safety-sensitive operations, field crews, inspection workflows, vendor coordination, data integrity, process design, and decision-quality systems where accuracy mattered. Over 10 years at Apple, I developed strong leadership, communication, and technical training skills through roles involving executive escalations, customer-facing technical problem solving, documentation, discovery, training, and cross-functional coordination. Apple strengthened my ability as a public speaker, trainer, and technical translator, helping me explain complex technical concepts clearly to people at any level of technical experience. My experience also includes deep core drilling with HP Geotechnical, extensive work in gas and electric transmission and distribution, high-pressure gas systems, and cross-city distribution fiber optics. I also have hands-on experience in robotics and computer vision design with Cyber Motion, where I worked on autonomous navigation and path planning concepts. I have invented and designed solar systems to mine Bitcoin and generate DC heat for large battery systems. My engineering education in Java and C++ gives me a strong foundation for my technical work and a deep understanding of software structure, system behavior, debugging, architecture, and the full development life cycle. In addition to my technical skills, I am an effective communicator, public speaker, mentor, and technical translator.
