Jianbo Z.

I’m a Senior Interior Architect with 16+ years of experience and more than 400 completed residential and commercial projects. I work with homeowners, developers, architects, and interior design studios who need experienced remote design support — from concept development and space planning to 3D visualization, FF&E, and construction documentation. My focus is not simply producing drawings or renderings. I develop interiors that are visually refined, technically practical, and ready to move toward real construction. What I Do • Interior design development for luxury residential, villas, hospitality, and commercial projects • Space planning and layout optimization • Detailed 3D modeling and photorealistic visualization • Interior elevations, joinery, reflected ceiling plans, and construction documentation • FF&E selection, specifications, and BOQ support • Remote collaboration with architects, designers, developers, and project teams Why Clients Work With Me • 16+ years of professional experience and 400+ completed projects • Experience working across the US, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia, and other international markets • Strong understanding of both design development and real-world construction requirements • Proven remote workflow for international projects and cross-time-zone collaboration • A design approach that balances aesthetics, functionality, detailing, and buildability I also have a strong advantage when projects require furniture or material sourcing from China. Rather than treating sourcing as a separate trading service, I approach it from the design side — helping clients identify suitable manufacturers and develop furniture, lighting, materials, and custom elements that fit the design intent and project requirements. This can be particularly valuable for projects involving custom furniture, FF&E packages, hospitality interiors, luxury residences, or large-scale developments. My background includes design training and professional experience in both China and Italy, combining structured design thinking with extensive experience in the Chinese manufacturing environment. Available for: Remote interior design partnerships Luxury residential and villa projects Commercial and hospitality interiors 3D visualization and design development Construction documentation FF&E and China sourcing support If you are looking for an experienced interior architect who can work as a reliable remote design partner — not simply a production resource — I’d be happy to discuss your project.
