For the last 4+ years, I've worked behind the scenes of online small businesses, agencies, firms and startups as an their operational leader and execution support. My expertise (and genuine love) falls within systems, software, teams and general business admin. For the past 2+ years, through my own operations company, I've worked with clients in multiple industries in pre-revenue and established phases. I've designed and built foundational systems from scratch, diagnosed gaps in existing systems to formulate soltuions, and managed the operations of the business in it's entirety from areas like invoicing and payments to hiring, training and steam oversight. My proudest achievements in the space have been being the behind-the-scenes person who creates the foundation to hold the business and it's growth while keeping it all afloat and out of the founder's hands long term. I don't show up and wait to be told what to do, but ready to take the reigns and bring that energy to our partnership every single day.
