Profile I've had the opportunity to work in several places as a customer support representative and manager, but the one where I learned the most has been at the Comcast Corporation. I've been there for five years and four months. Over this time, I've become capable enough to handle calls independently, offering support and resolving billing concerns. I like to keep things organized because it helps me work better. When everything's in order, it's easier to find what I need. Additionally, I have an ability for quick learning, and what's more important is my disposition to share what I know with others. Once I understand something, I become competitive with myself, always trying to do the extra mile.
