This includes understanding and accounting for existing system automation - both declarative (Flows) and programmatic (Apex) - as well as analyzing existing integrations to ensure that what will be built will behave cohesively with the current state. - Familiarity with development lifecycle: declarative development, in-depth quality assurance, step by step testing with team-members and business users, and various methods of deployment (change sets, GearSet, DevOps center, Copado). - I am dedicated to comprehensive documentation and believe that good documentation is as important as the design and build of new features or enhancements to ensure long term success and reduction of future maintenance time. - High degree of self-management with little need for oversight, but understand what is needed from others to get a job done. I also have experience mentoring and managing other project members to ensure timely and quality progress. - Through small and medium projects, I have experience managing a project end-to-end, as well as Agile-style work through a team of up to 5 people. Duties include Scrum meetings for work allocation and updates, budget management, timeline planning and management, stakeholder management, and overall project execution. With my engineering education, I am able to think critically about a problem and analyze potential solutions to provide the best possible option that is right for the business. Once a decision has been made, I am able to strategically and efficiently execute on a plan within a given timeline following a logical and structured approach.
