Aleksandra D.

I work at the intersection of projects, people and communication - helping organisations understand what needs to change, turn it into a practical solution, and make it work for the people involved. With 20+ years of experience, I have led 30+ projects (PLN 10M+ total budget) across project delivery, consulting, process improvement, L&D, and content/language work. I have managed end-to-end delivery, coordinated cross-functional and international teams, worked between business and IT, and managed operational teams with responsibility for performance, recruitment, onboarding and KPIs. Areas I can support you with: * Project and delivery management * Business processes, operations and organisational development * Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration * Training, workshops and learning program design * Research, interviews and needs analysis * Polish–English content review, editing, proofreading and AI translation review I am a native Polish speaker working professionally in English, with experience writing, editing and reviewing books, educational and training materials, websites, surveys, business content and digital products. I also review AI-translated English-to-Polish content, focusing on naturalness, clarity, consistency and usability. Across these different areas, my work is essentially the same: understanding the real need, bringing structure to complexity, communicating clearly and delivering something useful. I adapt my approach to the people, organisation and context rather than assuming that the same solution will work everywhere.
