Aimee C.

Hello! I am a Bookkeeper and experienced Administrative Virtual Assistant who has worked with various business owners and leaders as a freelancer/ contractor. I help my clients stay focused and prioritize what they do best by taking care of the behind-the-scenes work that tends to take up a lot of time. I am a reliable team member who holds myself to the highest standards. I work well independently and know when to ask questions or raise a concern. I really enjoy bookkeeping and accounting related tasks. My goal as a contractor is to create long-term relationships with several businesses. What I bring to the table: - Experience in several accounting support/ bookkeeping roles with a speciality in invoicing, accounts receivable, commissions processing, data entry and organization - An Intuit Bookkeeping Certification (2024) - Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) - 4 plus years of hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant for a variety of businesses helping them with administrative and marketing-related tasks - A Master’s degree and several years of management experience. I know the value of someone who can work independently, problem-solve, and be reliable. I really enjoy working with small to medium sized businesses who value good work. I strive to be the absolute best at what I do, to continue to learn and grow in the work I am doing, and to be tenacious about getting things done.
If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy and can manage the details of important tasks while you focus on what you do best, I’d love to connect.
