Ravi B.
UI/UX Designer | SaaS & Web Apps | Figma Wireframes & Prototypes
UI/UX designer for SaaS platforms, web applications and e-commerce sites. I work in Figma from first wireframe to developer-ready prototype, and I have designed client products as part of the Matrix Marketers agency team since 2017. WHAT I AM WORKING ON NOW Since April 2026 I have been the UX/UI designer for a Canadian logistics company, on an ongoing engagement of 260+ hours. The brief covers logistics dashboards and a mobile-first interface built on a design system in Figma, with wireframes, interactive prototypes, user research and a UX audit of the existing product. Day to day I work in Figma and Miro, with Adobe Creative Suite for supporting assets. I also completed a Figma design engagement managed in Jira. The client's review: "Ravi was great to work with." WHAT I DESIGN 1. SaaS and web application interfaces: user flows, dashboards and the design systems behind them. Portfolio work includes a sales-intelligence platform (UseDemand), purchase-order software for drop-ship suppliers (PoSimplify) and the site for a sports data and API provider (AltSportsData). 2. E-commerce UX and storefront design: how customers browse a catalogue, compare products and move to purchase. Portfolio projects include an outdoor furniture retailer (ChairKing), a UK wine and spirits distributor (Enotria & Coe) and a health and wellness store (MD Nancy). 3. Website and landing page design: responsive layouts for marketing sites and service businesses, including a real estate photography service (HomeJab). 4. Mobile-first and responsive interfaces: screens designed at phone width first, then scaled to tablet and desktop. HOW I WORK - Research first: user research, information architecture and a UX audit of what already exists, so design decisions start from how people actually use the product. - Wireframing: low-fidelity wireframes and user flows to agree structure before visual design. - Prototyping: interactive Figma prototypes for stakeholder review and usability testing. - Design systems: reusable components and styles, so screens stay consistent as the product grows. - Design handoff: annotated Figma files that developers can build from directly. WORKING WITH AN AGENCY TEAM I design; Matrix Marketers' developers build. On several projects in my portfolio, including MD Nancy and HomeJab, my role was the UI/UX design and the agency's development team delivered the build. If your project needs development, SEO or extra design capacity, the wider team is available. If you have a product, dashboard or store that needs clearer UX, send me the link or the Figma file and a short description of who uses it, and I will reply with how I would approach it.
