Hello! 👋 I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and bring 18 years of experience in the BPO industry. Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with renowned companies like Western Digital, Verizon Prepaid Services, Sprint PostPaid Services, LivePerson Automotive, and LivePerson LiveEngage. My journey in the industry has seen me take on a variety of roles, including Quality Auditor, Quality Manager, Operations Supervisor, Workforce Manager, and Trainer. If I were to describe myself, I would highlight that I am a highly positive individual who thrives in the company of others yet values the ability to focus 100% on tasks at hand. My organizational skills, such as creating lists and diagrams, help me achieve short-term goals while keeping sight of the bigger picture to ensure detailed execution. I am dependable, experienced, and capable, having had the privilege of learning from stellar support peers and managers throughout my career. While I am a self-starter, I also excel in collaborative environments where we work together to achieve our goals. I embrace change and consistently foster a comfortable work environment where everyone can succeed. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional service and look forward to bringing my expertise and enthusiasm to new challenges. 😊
