ENGAGING LEARNING EXPERIENCES THAT INSPIRE REAL CHANGE Hi, I’m Magdalena, a Learning & Instructional Designer helping experts and organisations turn knowledge into learning experiances that actually change behaviour. Most of my clients don’t come to me saying “I need an eLearning.” They come with challenges like: “We have great expertise, but our course feels overwhelming or boring.” “Our training exists, but people don’t engage, and nothing really changes.” “We need to modernise our learning content without losing depth or credibility.” That’s where I come in. I work at the intersection of learning strategy, psychology, and design. My focus goes beyond delivering content: I help solve learning-related business problems by improving engagement, clarifying complex topics, and designing learning experiences that learners actually apply in their day-to-day work. All learning design, instructional decisions, and creative direction are human-led, research-based, and aligned with your goals. We always agree upfront how tools are used. I work with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Canva, Vyond, Elevenlabs, Grammarly, generative AI tools (e.g. Chat GPT) as well as Learning Management Systems (e.g. Moodle, LearnDash) to create human-centred, beautifully crafted learning experiences that drive engagement, build skills, and transform behaviour.
