Dedicated and creative Media Producer, Filmmaker, Podcast Host/Producer, Community Broadcaster, and Creative Storyteller with 9 years of proven experience across audio, visual, print, and digital media platforms. Passionate about storytelling, cultural preservation, mental health advocacy, and community engagement, with a strong track record of producing impactful podcasts, documentaries, live events, workshops, and multimedia content that amplifies underrepresented voices and creates meaningful public dialogue. I am the Managing Partner of Illadelphia Radio, an independent community-based media platform focused on highlighting independent creators, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, artists, educators, and small businesses that are often overlooked by mainstream media. Through strategic storytelling, interviews, event coverage, podcasting, and digital media production, Illadelphia Radio helps organizations and individuals increase their visibility, strengthen community engagement, and build authentic audience connections both locally and internationally. Through Illadelphia Radio, we have built a growing audience of over 10,000 listeners worldwide and have partnered on multiple community-centered media initiatives with WPEB 88.1FM West Philadelphia, where I have served as a host, producer, and contributor on various projects focused on community storytelling, culture, education, and social impact. My work with WPEB has further strengthened my experience in radio broadcasting, public affairs programming, and live event media production. As the Host and Producer of The Jimmy Bonds Podcast, I have produced and published over 100 podcast episodes distributed across all major podcast platforms, generating more than 18,000 downloads. The podcast focuses on in-depth conversations surrounding culture, business, mental health, music, entrepreneurship, community issues, and social impact. I have interviewed artists, business leaders, activists, educators, nonprofit organizations, elected officials, and community change-makers, creating a platform centered on authentic storytelling and meaningful conversation. In addition to podcasting and broadcasting, I am also an independent filmmaker and documentary producer. I recently created and produced “Broken: A Docu-Series on Black Men’s Mental Health,” a powerful documentary initiative focused on addressing mental health stigmas within the Black male community. The series explores topics such as societal pressures, incarceration, fatherhood, employment challenges, family dynamics, coping mechanisms, and healing through honest interviews and group discussions with Black men throughout Philadelphia and surrounding communities. The project was supported by Scribe Video Center, Independence Media Fund, and Beyond Energy Center – Health & Wellness. My experience also includes workshop facilitation, event hosting, media consulting, voice-over work, content development, and community engagement strategy. I have worked with nonprofit organizations, schools, cultural leaders, musicians, healthcare organizations, and community institutions to develop media campaigns, podcast programming, documentary concepts, and visibility strategies that connect directly with the communities they serve. Whether producing a documentary, hosting a live interview, facilitating a workshop, or helping organizations strengthen their public presence, my goal is always the same: to create meaningful media that informs, inspires, preserves culture, and builds stronger community connections. I am currently seeking opportunities to collaborate on documentary film projects, podcast production, media consulting, community engagement campaigns, event hosting, workshop instruction, voice-over projects, and creative storytelling initiatives that align with education, culture, wellness, and social impact.
