Sarah L.
AI Image Generation & 3D Visualization Expert | MFA
Hi I'm Sarah 👋 I'm a professional designer with an MFA from Chapman University and 5+ years of experience creating 3D renderings, AI-generated imagery, and visual concepts for clients ranging from residential designers to multi-billion-dollar entertainment studios and global brands. I turn early ideas into clear, compelling, presentation-ready visuals - using detailed 3D visualization when precision matters and AI-assisted design when speed, exploration, or fast image generation is what's needed. My services fall into two focused areas: 3D VISUALIZATION My professional experience includes designing immersive environments for red carpet premieres - including for Academy Award-winning films - and large-scale events for multi-billion-dollar clients. I develop 3D models and renderings (Rhino, Enscape, SketchUp, Lumion) that define design direction, scale, and materiality, and produce production-ready technical drawings for large-format print and fabrication. I bring that same standard to freelance visualization work, creating polished 3D visuals that communicate how a space, environment, set, product, or design will look before it is built or produced. Services may include: • Interior and exterior visualization • Set and environment visualization • 3D modeling and rendering • Material, lighting, furniture, and color studies • Presentation images developed from plans, sketches, photographs, or reference materials • Revisions based on client and stakeholder feedback AI-ASSISTED DESIGN & IMAGE GENERATION I use AI as a professional design and production tool—not just for early-stage ideation. AI generation tools like Higgsfield are part of my regular workflow alongside traditional rendering, so I can generate polished, ready-to-use images and renderings quickly, develop and refine concept directions from a brief, or do both depending on what a project needs. Services may include: • AI-generated images, renderings, and visual assets • Rapid visual concept development • Mood boards and creative-direction studies • Multiple coordinated design variations • Interior, set, environment, and product concepts • Style, color, material, and atmosphere exploration • Refined presentation imagery for pitches and internal approvals CHOOSING THE RIGHT APPROACH 3D visualization is generally best when accuracy, spatial relationships, materials, and final presentation quality are the priorities. AI-assisted design is generally best when a client needs finished images quickly, wants to explore multiple visual directions, or needs to establish an overall creative vision before moving into detailed production. Some projects benefit from both: AI-assisted exploration to establish the direction, followed by 3D visualization to develop the selected concept with greater control and precision. I can work from written briefs, reference images, mood boards, sketches, photographs, floor plans, elevations, or existing design files. My goal is to create visuals that do more than look attractive—they should help clients communicate, evaluate, approve, and move their ideas forward.
