Tracing & Analysis I have traced and analyzed transactions for more than 100 divorce cases (including reconstitution and business valuations), more than 100 fraud cases, and have testified as an expert witness 28 times. My in-court expert witness testimony is now limited to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Outside the area I am available for Zoom testimony. Rates for trial preparation, waiting time and testimony will be covered with my client. My fraud examination experience includes, bank fraud, real estate fraud, business fraud disputes between partners, and federal income tax fraud related to non-deposited or under deposited payroll taxes. I have testified in criminal and civil matters for federal and state cases. Buy/Sell Analysis: I have extensive experience analyzing company sales, from the buy and the sell sides. That analysis work includes historical performance, projections, debt structuring, company valuations which include inventory valuations. I specialize in the service and manufacturing industries, but have also worked on several real estate development company sales. Business Interruption Claims: Over the past 12+ years, I have calculated more than 2,000 BI losses, prepared proof of loss packages, and negotiated settlements with/for Insureds and claimants. My work includes, but is not limited to manufacturing companies, transportation companies, rental income losses, and retail sales locations. I trace transactions analyze information related to losses from third party auto claims, commercial claims due to fire, tornado and hurricane wind events, and theft (by employees & outside sources).
