Tracing & Analysis I have traced and analyzed transactions for more than 100 divorce cases (including reconstitution and business valuations), more than 100 fraud cases, and have testified as an expert witness 28 times. My in-court expert witness testimony is now limited to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Outside the area I am available for Zoom testimony. The rate posted on Upwork includes my work for tracing, analysis, and my forensic accountants report, with supporting schedules. My fraud examination experience includes, bank fraud, real estate fraud, business fraud disputes between partners, and federal income tax fraud related to non-deposited or under deposited payroll taxes. I have testified in criminal and civil matters for federal and state cases. Business Interruption Claims: Over the past 12+ years, I have calculated more than 2,000 BI losses, prepared proof of loss packages, and negotiated settlements with/for Insureds and claimants. My work includes, but is not limited to manufacturing companies, transportation companies, rental income losses, and retail sales locations. I trace transactions analyze information related to losses from third party auto claims, commercial claims due to fire, tornado and hurricane wind events, and theft (by employees & outside sources).
