Michael V.

Hi, I’m Michael Vega! I bring over 10 years of experience in Customer Service, Recruitment/HR, and Legal Support across industries including finance, retail, healthcare, insurance, remittance and law firms. Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong skills in time management, decision-making, team development, and client relations; consistently exceeding performance expectations. My background includes full-cycle recruitment and talent development, where I’ve managed the entire hiring process, collaborated with hiring managers and successfully placed candidates in both high-volume and specialized roles (Tech, Legal, etc.). I’ve also led teams, overseen operations, and supported cross-functional initiatives, including training, content creation, and HR functions. Within the legal field, I have experience as an Intake Specialist and Legal Support Specialist, managing client onboarding, contract execution, case support, document preparation, transcription, translation (documents and attorney-clients calls), and court calendaring. Most recently, as a Talent Acquisition & Development Director, I have led recruitment, onboarding and training strategies; I supported operational audits, cancelations, billing processes, and contributed to overall organizational efficiency. I’m passionate about continuous learning, collaboration, and delivering value through effective communication and strategic support.
