I help companies build supply chains that hold up under pressure — tight fill rates, lean inventory, and logistics costs that don't creep up on you. I'm a Chemical Engineering graduate from GIKI who moved into supply chain and operations strategy, most recently spending two years growing from a 3PL Operations Coordinator into owning operational strategy across fulfilment, 3PL operations, and logistics for a fast-growing consumer brand. A few things I delivered there: - Sustained 98%+ OTIF (on-time-in-full) on daily order fulfilment - Kept outbound demand forecast accuracy at 90%+, while maintaining 80+ Days on Hand of stock cover — enough buffer to avoid stockouts without overcapitalizing on inventory - Renegotiated freight forwarder contracts and locked 12-month rate validity, cutting freight spend by $40-50K annually - Led operations for the company's expansion from pure D2C into retail and Amazon, standing up the operational backbone for a multi-channel business I'm strong in end-to-end project management — feasibility studies, business cases, financial modeling — and skilled with Microsoft Excel to back strategy with data rather than guesswork. If you need someone to tighten up fulfilment operations, cut logistics costs, build out a 3PL/multi-channel strategy, or bring rigor to a supply chain that's outgrown its processes, I'd like to help.
