Sofia V.

PERSONAL PROFILE I am a psychologist and anthropologist from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. I Graduated with academic merit. I have tools for managing groups, conducting activities, and coordinating social projects, pedagogical methodology and Windows management and investigative skills. I have been a teacher for over 3 years, helping different kids to accomplish their academic goals and improve on their grammar, speaking, listening, and reading skills. I have also had the fortune working with different social projects around my country. My last work experience was in a HR company where I was a recruiter for different companies in US. I have exceptionally effective communication skills and I have been formed as a Lider since I was a kid, leading different programs in my college years. I am also overly sensitive to injustice and try to speak up for my self and, if its necessary, for others. I believe that we can always be better as long as we are compromised with wellbeing and justice for everyone. I also have experience working with Microsoft tools and with different qualitative analysis platforms.
