I'm a qualified architect (BArch) who renders — which means I don't just make your project look good, I catch the things that won't work before they're built. Most 3D visualization projects go wrong in the same place: the client sees the first render only after a week of work — and it's not what they pictured. I work the other way round. You get a rough grey-box view of the scene within 24 hours, we agree on camera, layout and mood, and only then do I spend time on materials and light. I'm a 3D artist specializing in architectural and product visualization, built on an Unreal Engine 5 real-time pipeline. That means faster iterations than offline rendering: you can ask for a different camera angle or a different time of day and see it the same day, not next week.
