Becky M.

I’m a passionate educator, writer, and developer with over 25 years of diverse professional experience. I started as a high school mathematics teacher, where I spent 11 years making math easier and more interesting for students. This love for clear communication led me to a career in technical writing, where I’ve spent 10 years writing, proofreading, and editing content that simplifies complex ideas. Along the way, I’ve also gained 6 years of experience as a COBOL developer, adding a technical edge to my skill set. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Docs, and I have a working knowledge of Figma, WordPress, and Squarespace. What drives me is creating content that’s easy to understand and useful. I enjoy collaborating with others, and my strengths include strong communication, a keen eye for detail, and a logical, methodical approach to challenges. Whether it’s developing training materials, managing documents, or writing clear, concise content, I’m all about making things better and easier for others.
