I also integrate OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini into business workflows for document processing, data extraction, classification, lead qualification, and AI agents that interact with external tools. ===PROJECTS I'VE BUILT=== • AI Lead Capture & Qualification | n8n, Apollo, OpenAI, Airtable Built an automated lead processing workflow that captures incoming leads, enriches company data through Apollo, and uses OpenAI to score leads from 0–80 and classify them as Hot, Warm, or Cold. The workflow creates or updates Airtable records, prevents duplicates, and notifies the team through Slack and email. When Apollo enrichment fails, the lead is still captured and flagged for manual review instead of being lost. • AI Customer Support & Shopify Integration | Make, GraphQL API Built an integration between an AI chatbot and Shopify using Make, webhooks, and the Shopify GraphQL API. The workflow retrieves verified order details, including line items and custom attributes, transforms the data, and returns structured responses the chatbot can use to answer customer questions. This allows the chatbot to work with actual order information rather than generate answers based on assumptions. • Airtable → Shopify Product Automation | n8n, GraphQL, AI Developed an automated product publishing workflow using Airtable as the source of truth and Shopify GraphQL API for product synchronization. The system validates product data, generates AI-assisted descriptions, processes images, creates or updates products, and tracks synchronization status. It also prevents duplicate products and identifies records that need attention before publishing. ===HOW I APPROACH AUTOMATION=== I'm a bit obsessive about the boring parts. What happens if an API goes down mid-run? What if required information is missing? What if the same webhook is received twice? These are the situations I think about when designing workflows. I use data validation, error handling, retries, duplicate prevention, and fallback logic where needed. I also test different scenarios before considering a workflow ready. For me, a workflow isn't finished just because it runs successfully once.
