Theresa S.

I am a fifth-year medical student from Finland with a decade of professional experience prior to returning to academia. My diverse background includes studies in psychology, literature, and natural sciences at Los Angeles City College (LACC) in California, before enrolling at Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In addition to my academic journey, I bring a strong multicultural and multilingual perspective. I am a native speaker of Swedish and Finnish, with C2-level proficiency in English, allowing me to excel in diverse environments and effectively communicate across linguistic and cultural boundaries. Beyond academics, I have been deeply involved in extracurricular activities, contributing actively to local student associations. My peers have entrusted me with various leadership roles, reflecting my ability to collaborate, organize, and lead within student communities.
