Project Manager & Ops Support | Coordination for Remote Teams

Most remote teams don't have a communication problem. They have an execution gap - tasks assigned but never finished, deadlines that slip quietly, handoffs that disappear between conversations. No one owns the follow-through. By the time someone notices, the damage is already done. That's the gap I close. I work as a Project Coordinator and Ops support for founders and remote teams - the person who makes sure work is assigned, tracked, and finished to spec. I take ownership from intake to delivery. If something is incomplete or unclear, I flag it early. I don't wait to be chased. I keep project boards current, track task ownership, manage documentation, and handle recurring operational work - consistently, without needing reminders. I work inside whatever system your team uses. I don't disrupt existing workflows. I plug in and make them run cleaner. While supporting a US-based executive team, I identified and recovered several thousand dollars in vendor refunds - auditing recurring subscriptions, documenting usage versus necessity, and preparing the case for each vendor. No one asked me to do it. I flagged it, built the argument, and executed it. On the same engagement: a certification deadline threatened to cancel a major project. I took on additional workload including overnight sessions to ensure all documentation and submissions were completed accurately before the cutoff. Deadline met. Project moved forward. Before remote work: I managed logistics for a 300-person mining operation - coordinating 110 dump trucks across interdependent workflows. That environment is unforgiving. Nothing moves without clear task ownership, tight documentation, and someone who follows through without being asked. I carry that same standard into every remote engagement. Best fit: Founders and remote teams that need a reliable execution layer - someone who can own tasks, keep things moving, and handle operational work without constant supervision. Not the right fit: One-off micro-tasks, roles requiring native English on camera, or scopes with no defined responsibilities. If your team has the work but keeps losing the follow-through - message me with what's falling through the cracks. I'll tell you if I can fix it.
