Hi! I'm a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with around 4 years of customer service experience and hands-on experience in Airbnb guest relations and short-term rental operations. I understand how important it is to provide excellent guest communication, respond promptly, resolve concerns professionally, and help ensure smooth daily operations. Here's how I can help you: • Manage guest inquiries and messages across Airbnb, Expedia, and other booking platforms • Assist with check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest requests • Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams • Manage follow-ups, pending concerns, and shift handovers • Assist with disputing low-rated reviews when they violate platform policies • Help maintain positive guest relationships and improve the overall guest experience • Navigate property management systems, including Guesty and Hostaway • Provide email and customer support, with basic knowledge of GoHighLevel I believe great guest service goes beyond simply answering messages. It's about making guests feel heard, addressing concerns efficiently, and providing a smooth experience from booking to checkout. If you're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates professionally, and genuinely cares about your guests and daily operations, I'd love to work with you! Let's work together to make your operations easier and your guest experience better.
