Tinia H.

Hi! My name is Tinia. I’m an Interior Designer with an MFA in Interior Architecture and Design. I’ve been working as a designer for six years, with experience in retail, commercial, and extensive residential projects. I specialize in creating interiors rooted in human psychology, functionality, and sustainability-conscious principles, all while being aesthetically striking and unique. My clients often come to me uncertain about their spaces and aesthetic identity. Through the design process, they gain insight into their personal style and end up with spaces that represent them both functionally and aesthetically. I don’t replicate design trends—I help create evergreen spaces that endure in function and form while providing a memorable experience for clients and their guests. Some of my inspirations include Frank Lloyd Wright, Le Corbusier, Ray Eames, Dieter Rams, Francis Kéré, and Paul Revere Williams, all of whom designed spaces that remain relevant regardless of their era. I can assist with: • Interior Design (2D/3D) • Strategic Space Planning • Product Sourcing • Curation • Conceptual Design • Assistance with large Interior Design / Architectural Projects • Creating construction documents • Creative Consultations for adaptive reuse projects • Specifications • Floor Plans • Conceptual Adaptive-Reuse Visualization for Real Estate Development • Content/Copy for architectural websites • Market Research for Real Estate I’m confident that my experience in residential design, space optimization, and product sourcing will provide you with the timeless refresh you’re looking for. Can’t wait to connect!
