I’m Daniel Ortiz, a Graphic Designer and Illustrator specialized in board games, with strong illustration skills and a refined graphic sensibility. I always put my heart into every project I work on. As a board game enthusiast, I have experience working on different projects: • “Caravanas Arcanas” – my own board game. I was responsible for the game design, logo design, art direction, illustrations, board and card design, typography, and rulebook layout. • “Mystic Crossroads” – a board game designed by Starlux Games. I was responsible for the card and box design, all illustrations, and logo design. My illustration work is mainly focused on concept art (character and creature design) and fantasy map illustration. I have strong anatomy skills and a refined sense of color. As a Graphic Designer, I have experience creating my own typeface, “Arcana,” as well as developing strong logo and poster designs. I also have knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro & After Effects), along with infographic design. I work with Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, and I am also comfortable with traditional hand-drawn techniques. You can take a look at my portfolio below. I look forward to creating something great together.
