Google & Meta Ads for High-Ticket Lead Gen | Booked Calls

Cheap leads that never book are more expensive than fewer leads that do. I run Google and Meta Ads for high-ticket service businesses where the sale closes on a call, not on the page. Most accounts I take over are optimizing toward form fills: volume looks healthy, the calendar stays thin, and nobody can say why. The fix is usually the same three moves. Optimize toward the booked call or qualified lead instead of the cheapest event, put qualification in front of the calendar, and wire your CRM back into Google and Meta with offline conversions so the algorithm hunts buyers, not form-fillers. Where I work best: • Legal and professional services • High-ticket coaching and consulting • Premium local services: home improvement, roofing, clinics, specialist trades • Real estate and other considered purchases • Ecommerce brands that need to scale without giving back efficiency Recent results: • Personal injury law firm (Google): ~307 leads/month at $39 CPL, 12-15 signed cases per month at $800-1,000 per signed case • High-ticket coaching (Meta): $18K spend produced $84K tracked revenue at $145 per booked call, 65% show rate • Premium consulting (Meta): $26K spend produced $120K tracked revenue at $210 per booked call • Local services (Google): 142 booked appointments/month within 60 days at $36 per booking • High-CPC service search: cost per qualified lead from $420 to $310 in month one, wasted spend down 30% • DTC ecommerce (Meta): $15K to $65K/month with ROAS held at 3.6x and CAC down 27% • Ecommerce (Google Search + Shopping): spend scaled 2.1x in 8 weeks with ROAS held at 3.0-3.6x The part most media buyers skip: closed-loop tracking. If your sale happens on a call, over WhatsApp, or weeks later in your CRM, the ad platforms never see it unless someone sends it back. I set up click ID capture, offline conversion imports and Conversions API, with deduplication so the same sale is never counted twice. "He does everything he says he will do plus much more." (Upwork client review) I've managed budgets from $5K to $400K per month, including a single Meta campaign at $2M over five months. I work in English and Spanish natively and comfortably in French, across the US, Europe, LATAM and Australia, and I'm used to restricted categories like legal, financial services and alcohol. You work directly with me. No handoffs, no junior account managers. If your cost per lead looks fine but your calendar doesn't, send me a message.
