Finished your manuscript but still wondering what isn't working? I help authors turn manuscripts into stronger, more engaging books through beta reading, manuscript critique, and developmental editing. Whether you need an honest reader's perspective or a deeper editorial assessment, I look at your manuscript beyond grammar and surface-level errors. I focus on the things that affect the reader's experience: Plot, structure & story logic Pacing and slow or confusing sections Character development & consistency Dialogue, flow & readability Emotional impact and reader engagement Plot holes, weak transitions & story gaps Genre expectations and overall reader experience My goal isn't simply to tell you what's wrong. It's to explain why something isn't working and give you practical direction for strengthening it. I work with fiction and nonfiction manuscripts, including novels, romance, fantasy, thriller, mystery, YA and other genres. What I can help with: Beta Reading | Developmental Editing | Manuscript Critique | Book Editing | Line Editing | Copy Editing If you're preparing a manuscript for your next editing stage, submission, self-publishing or release, send me a message with your genre, word count and what you're currently concerned about. I'll help you determine the type of feedback your manuscript needs.
