Embedded Software Engineer
Welcome to my profile! Embedded Software Engineer | STM32, RTOS, Secure OTA, IoT Connectivity I write production firmware for STM32 (Cortex-M0+/M4/M7/M33) under ThreadX, FreeRTOS, Zephyr and bare-metal. I own the complete firmware of a medical IoT devices deployed in 100+ hospitals: secure OTA bootloader, TLS/MQTT networking, Wi-Fi/BLE and fault telemetry, with zero firmware-related field returns. What I do: - Drivers & bring-up: register-level SPI, I2C, UART, RS485, ADC, DMA, low-power modes, cache coherency on Cortex-M7, linker scripts, new-board bring-up from the reference manual. - RTOS & connectivity: ThreadX/NetXDuo, FreeRTOS, Zephyr, NuttX; MQTT over TLS, HTTP, DHCP, BLE GATT, USB CDC/NCM, Modbus RTU, CAN, sub-GHz RF. - Bootloaders & OTA: dual-slot flash layout, signed images, integrity check and automatic rollback. - Low power: RTC-driven STOP-mode designs profiled to ~4 µA sleep for year-long battery life on 2×AA. - Quality: Unity unit tests, clang-tidy, Barr-C coding standard, CI on every commit. I also build the tooling around the device when needed: backend (Python/Go), management console and mobile app, so your firmware ships with everything that talks to it. Send me your MCU, datasheet and requirements, and I'll come back with a concrete plan.
