Hi, I’m Kübra. For the past 6+ years, I’ve been working across brand strategy, creative direction, content, and growth, mostly with consumer and digitally native brands. I started out in architecture, which probably explains why I tend to look at the whole picture before getting into the details. I like understanding how a brand is positioned, what it wants to be known for, how it communicates, and whether all of those pieces actually make sense together. A big part of my experience comes from Normod, a digitally native furniture brand where I was the first hire. I joined when the brand was still being built and worked across brand communication, content, creative, social, campaigns, and creator collaborations as the business grew. During that time, I contributed to growing the business from $0 to $2.5M in first-year revenue and helped grow its organic audience to 1.1M+. I also built a content operation that produced 10,000+ assets and supported the brand as it expanded into international markets, including Germany. That experience shaped the way I work today. I don't see content, creative, and brand strategy as separate things. If the positioning isn't clear, it usually shows up in the content. If the brand isn't distinctive enough, creative starts to look interchangeable. And if the strategy doesn't make it into the actual work, it doesn't help much. Today, I work with growing consumer and DTC brands on: → Brand Strategy & Positioning Figuring out what the brand should stand for, who it is really speaking to, how it can differentiate itself, and how to communicate that clearly. → Content & Communication Developing content strategies, messaging, content pillars, website communication, and practical frameworks that make it easier to create the right content consistently. → Creative Direction Campaign concepts, creative direction, visual ideas, launches, and the thinking behind how a brand should show up. → Social, UGC & Creator Strategy Finding the right role for social content, creators, and UGC within the wider brand and growth strategy. → Performance Creative Looking at what is working in paid and organic content, then using those insights to improve hooks, concepts, UGC, and creative testing. I can work at the strategic level, but I also like getting close enough to the actual work to make sure the strategy holds up there too. I’m a good fit for brands that have a strong product but feel that their positioning, communication, or content could be sharper and more consistent.
