I turn sketches, markups and design intent into permit-ready construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD. I work as a production drafter: you or your architect/engineer of record own the design and the stamp, and I deliver clean, coordinated sheets that get through plan review. Recent work - Residential addition, Carrollton, TX: full permit set in Revit (plans, roof, RCP, elevations, site data), 5 issues including plan-review responses, delivered as PDF and DWG per sheet. - ADU with attached garage, Texas: garage separation, egress, 1-hour assemblies and exterior opening percentages, coordinated with structural and trusses. - Church projects, Tennessee: CDs coordinated with MEP, structural and civil, plus code analysis (Type V-B, assembly occupant loads, plumbing fixtures, egress stairs). - 3-story, 24-unit apartment building, Miami: Revit models for architecture, structure, MEP and fire protection, with Miami 21 area and frontage data. - Meat processing plant: on-site survey and full as-built Revit model. - Also: fire alarm layouts for multi-story buildings in New York, millwork and cabinet shop drawings, steel shop drawings, and parametric Revit furniture families for a design brand.
