As a Personal Injury Case Manager and Legal Assistant, I provide case management and administrative support to U.S. law firms and solo attorneys, helping them stay organized and keep their personal injury cases moving forward. I understand how challenging it can be to manage a personal injury caseload when every case is at a different stage and requires ongoing attention. From client communication and medical records follow-ups to insurance coordination and settlement matters, keeping track of everything takes consistent effort. My role is to help keep cases organized, stay on top of pending tasks, and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks. Here's how I can support your firm: -Personal Injury Case Management: Monitoring case progress, tracking medical treatment, communicating with clients, and following up on pending matters. -Medical Records & Bills: Requesting and collecting medical records and bills, reviewing documentation, and preparing medical summaries and chronologies. -Pre-Litigation Support: Preparing Letters of Representation (LORs), collecting case documents, and organizing information for demand review. -Insurance & Liability Coordination: Communicating with insurance adjusters, following up on claims, and obtaining police and accident reports. -Lien Negotiation: Contacting lienholders to request reductions and negotiate outstanding balances. Settlement Support: Preparing settlement statements and disbursement documents and calculating deductions. -Legal & Administrative Assistance: Preparing correspondence, setting up cases in case management systems, organizing documents, and tracking deadlines. Software: MyCase, Clio, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. My goal is to provide reliable and organized support that helps U.S. law firms and solo attorneys stay on top of their caseloads and keep personal injury cases moving forward throughout the pre-litigation process.
