With over 7 years of experience in customer support and 5 of those years dedicated to email support. I’ve built a career around helping people feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is grounded in empathy, clear communication, and a genuine desire to solve problems efficiently and thoughtfully. I’ve spent the last few years specializing in Shopify, supporting merchants as both a Technical Merchant Support Specialist and a Shopify Support Advisor. Whether it’s troubleshooting bugs, guiding store setup, or optimizing for conversions, I bring a calm, solutions-focused mindset to every interaction. Shopify Expertise: - Store Builder & Landing Pages – Crafting intuitive, conversion-friendly storefronts - Analytics & Conversions – Helping merchants understand data and drive results - Domains & Payment Integration – Ensuring smooth setup and secure transactions - Shopify Markets & Shipping – Supporting global expansion and logistics - Product Listings & SEO Optimization – Making products shine and rank - Third-Party App Integrations & Social Media Channels – Connecting tools and audiences - Email Marketing & Theme Customization – Enhancing engagement with minimal coding - Technical Support – Resolving bugs, storefront issues, and app conflicts with care. I’m passionate about creating positive experiences for both merchants and customers. Whether I’m writing help docs, debugging with DevTools, or simply listening to a frustrated user, I strive to make every touchpoint feel personal and productive. If you're looking for someone who blends technical know-how with heartfelt support, I’d love to connect and be part of your team.
