I support founders by handling both the day-to-day operations and the ads that bring in new leads so you’re not bouncing between admin work and trying to figure out your marketing. My background is in education, which means I’m really good at: breaking things down creating structure where there isn’t any and keeping things moving without constant oversight Here’s what I help with: Executive Assistant / Ops Support Keeping your CRM clean and scalable Organizing projects so you’re not chasing tasks or people Documenting processes so you don’t have to explain things twice Ads Management (Meta + Google) Setting up and running ad campaigns Writing ad copy and helping with creatives Targeting the right audience (not just trial and error) Monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed. Making sure leads actually go somewhere useful after they click A few things clients tend to appreciate about working with me: I don’t need hand-holding I ask questions when something doesn’t make sense I care about things being done right, not just done I’m steady and consistent If your business is at the point where things are working, but you’re stretched thin trying to manage everything, I’m happy to step in and help. Send me a message and we can see if it’s a fit.
