12 Years Government IT & Operations | SOPs, Systems, & Technical VA I don't just complete tasks; I engineer systems that eliminate bottlenecks. I have spent the last 12 years as an Information Technology Officer, Executive Assistant, and HR Officer in the government sector. I am used to managing secure databases, streamlining high-level executive operations, creating strict SOPs as an ISO Auditor, and developing public-facing government web portals with zero downtime. Now, I am bringing that government-grade precision and reliability to your business. How I bring value to your operations: 1. Technical Operations & SOPs: As a former ISO Auditor, I map out workflows, organize chaotic Google Workspaces, and build iron-clad Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so your business runs smoothly without hand-holding. 2. High-Level Tech VA: I am not just a typist. I bridge the gap between high-level administration and technical execution. Whether it is deep-dive research, project tracking in Trello/Teams, or complex Excel data management, I handle it. 3. Web Management & WordPress: I have built and managed official government websites and personal portfolios. I can seamlessly update Elementor pages, format blogs, and maintain your site's structural integrity. 4. HR & Recruitment Support: Having served as an actual HR Officer, I can process applicant data, manage ATS systems, and vet tech talent with an insider’s understanding of the skills required. I am highly autonomous, strictly detail-oriented, and fully fluent in English (EFSET C1 Advanced). Send me a message, and let's get your operations running flawlessly.
