Malek B.

I help busy teams hire the right people and stay organized, in English, French and Arabic. WHAT I DO - Recruitment coordination: sourcing on LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search), screening, interview scheduling, testing and offer follow-up. I've screened 50+ candidates and helped fill roles including Account Executive, Odoo Developer and Support Manager for clients in Europe, North Africa and the US. - Virtual assistance: scheduling, email, data entry, CRM and ATS updates, Google Workspace, and Odoo administration. - Medical support: I'm a medical student, so I'm comfortable with medical terminology and healthcare workflows. I can help with medical admin tasks and Arabic/English medical translation. HOW I WORK I reply quickly, flag problems early, and keep every task moving without needing constant follow-up. I'm comfortable working across time zones and I like fast-moving startups where I can take ownership. LANGUAGES Arabic (native), English (native or bilingual), French (fluent). GOOD FIT FOR Recruiting and candidate sourcing, medical virtual assistance, data entry, customer support, scheduling, Arabic/English translation. Send me a message with what you need and I'll tell you honestly how I can help.
