I’m a medical professional with experience as a doctor, medical scribe, virtual assistant, and interpreter. Having studied in both Honduras and Taiwan, I’ve developed a diverse skill set and a broad perspective on healthcare. I’m adaptable and resilient, proficient in many languages, and skilled in navigating various healthcare settings. My experiences have enhanced my ability to work effectively across different roles and environments. For the past year, I have worked at Limber Health, where I was promoted to Team Lead of the Patient Success Coordinator (PSC) team in less than six months. In this role, I oversee a team of 15+ members, manage QA, training, and scheduling metrics, and contribute to crafting and updating scripts to improve outreach effectiveness. I also coordinate daily communication with patients through phone calls, emails, text messages, and Zoom, which has strengthened my ability to multitask and ensure consistent, efficient communication across multiple channels. In addition, I am an experienced bilingual teacher with three years of experience teaching Spanish and English. I am proficient in creating engaging lesson plans, tailoring material to students’ needs, and fostering an inclusive learning environment. I am adept at helping students improve language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
