Most of them get started, but never really get finished, because there's no time to keep track of everything. I plan the project, break it into clear steps, and follow up until it's done, so it stops hanging over you. My background is in project management and procurement at a start-up. There I created workflows for procurement and supplier management, planned and ran two company relocations from start to finish, and led a €200M supplier selection with international partners. Bringing order into complex processes is what I'm good at. On Upwork I've worked 1,300+ hours with a long-term client, supporting their procurement and project management.
