I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of Zoho applications:- 🔵 Zoho Desk, 🔵 Zoho Creator, 🔵 Zoho CRM, and 🔵Zoho Projects, Making sure everything runs smoothly and meets high-quality standards. So far, I’ve been involved in 14+ projects, focusing a lot on Zoho Creator. ✅ My experience includes ✔️ setting up forms, reports, and permissions in Zoho Creator and ✔️ taking care of environment deployments and project deliveries. ✔️ I also handle test cases and keep everything organized in Google Sheets. ✅ I’ve got a good handle on ✔️ workflows, functions, and schedulers, and ✔️ I’ve been using Zoho QEngine for ✔️ automation testing, which helps me catch issues early and keep things on track. ✅ I’m also experienced in ✔️ documenting requirements, tracking bugs, and reporting issues, all while sticking to the necessary protocols. ✔️ I regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, ✔️ troubleshoot any issues, and ensure everything is running as expected. ✅ When working with developers, ✔️ I provide feedback on what I find during testing, point out potential problem areas, ✔️and help them address issues. ✔️ I’ve also worked on integrating third-party apps with Zoho, which has added a lot of functionality to the solutions I work on.
